I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior at a young age and have been a follower of him ever since. My walk hasn't always been an easy one, and I've struggled with doubt and self-hatred. But along the way I have come to learn that not only do I follow an all-knowing and all-loving God, but his love is more than enough for me. The more I have allowed myself to trust him, the more I have allowed myself to see my own beauty, a beauty that is in each of us, as well. I can be kind-of stubborn and want to do things my way, and each time God is always there to gently pull me back on his perfect plan and path for my life.
God has blessed me with a strong giving advice and serving others. Over time that has continued to blossom and I have been thinking of going into the field of Christian counseling or psychology down the road. I also LOVE writing. If you give me a pen and paper, or a computer and keyboard, give me a few minutes and I'm sure I could come up with something. I love writing about just about anything and have written my share of poems, devotionals, and I even tried my hand at NaNoWriMo last July. It is my dream to be published someday but we will see what God has in plan.
